[TRNSYS-users] Error: generating shading/insolation matrix

Dear Trnsys-users,

I'm using Trnsys17 3d for the first time, but I've some problems with introducing a shading building.
When I want to generate the shading/insolation matrix I get the following error:

Can anybody help me to solve this problem?
