Fanying,
  The way that I have accomplished this is to put the eQuest results 
into an Excel spreadsheet, then save the file as "tab delimited text." 
(comma separated will work too). I then read the file into TRNSYS using 
Type9. The cooling loads that are read in then get imposed on the 
district loop using Type682 from the TESS Loads and Structures library. 
Be careful about sign conventions - after reading the cooling loads in 
with Type9, you might need to change the sign so that when they are 
imposed on a flow stream they add energy to the district loop.
