Hamza,
  That warning is usually not a problem. Each input and each output of a 
Type normally has a three letter code associated with it to indicate to 
the TRNSYS kernel what the units are. For example, if an output is a 
temperature in degrees C then the output has a code of "TE1." If the 
output is power in kJ/h then it has a code of "PW1." The TRNSYS kernel 
checks to make sure that all of your input/output connections have 
matching units (PW1 connected to PW1, etc.) and it warns you if there is 
a mismatch. Some non-standard Types don't have those codes set right and 
some of them just use a default of "DM1" (dimensionless) for all inputs 
and outputs. If you look at the actual list file (instead of the 
Studio's log file display) you'll see where the units mismatch is 
reported. If you can't find it, send the *.lst file to me and I'll see 
if I can point it out
