Dear Jiang Zhu,

Your adjacent surfaces do not match. Use the 'match' surfaces tool to correct that. Also, sometimes you also have to implement 'Reverse Faces' for surfaces that are not pointing out (see Hints/Tips/Tricks section of TRNSYS3D tutorial for more information). Last, when using TRNSYS3D, you will never need to save the *.skp. Only save, open, close the TRNSYS3D file (*.idf) with the TRNSYS3D plugin.
