Hi,
For my company, I am trying to find the best way to export graphic plan directly in TRNSYS17.
Since yesterday I have tried to create a easy thermal building(with 2 zones including windows and a door) in sketchup8 thanks to the trnsys3d plug in.
Everything was ok (I saved correctly the idf file, I opened it in trnsys17..)until I wanted to open the sketchup8 file again to continue my building and I had the following error alert:
"
ERROR:
NoMethodError

"
>From that, I tried to "modify the component" but in fact when I drew a rectangle on the wall, the software didn't recognize it like a window, and it was all the same problem for all other modifications.
Thank you so much in advance for your answers and help.
Pauline Gelin.
