Dear Mr. Carlos Marfil!
 
The QABSI my be the case due to radiative parts of the heating or internal
gains. (Du You have such gains)
The QABSO always get radiation de to the ground reflectance in the weather
processor (only when defined as "external")
 
The inside-surface of a building element (Wall) is always part of the zone
(airnode) where the surface is listed (Zone-window).
The condition on the outside surface are defined at the boundary condition
(defined in the zone window).
The order of the different wall layers with respect to in- and
outside-surface You can see in the "wall type manager".

Dear TRNSYS Users,

 

After analyzing QABSI (NTYPE 21) and QABSO (NTYPE 22)  outputs in a
Multizone building (TYPE 56), I get similar values for absorbed radiation in
the floor and in the different facades. Since I have no windows, I don’t
understand why these QABSI and QABSO floor values are so high.

 

I would like to know which is the right way to indicate TRNSYS that a
horizontal surface inside a building (interior floor) should not have any
solar radiation since there is not any window.

 

I have already indicated a view fac. to sky=0, but I get the same results.
