[TRNSYS-users] Fwd: QHEAT

 Dear Mr. Bradley,

     Many thanks for your reply!

Please see the ATTACHED! They are .tpf and .bui files. The living room is
the test room, its ambient room is kitchen.

To solar incident: Yes, I didn't define solar incident on my building.

To 2nd: I used the TRNBUILD Wall's default convective heat transfer
coefficient:11 kJ/h*m^2*K and 64 kJ/h*m^2*K to calculate the Q Heat loss.

I calculated the different u-value of different wall types based on the
test room's actual data.

To 3rd: The test room(living room) has no windows.

To 4th: Yes, there is no internal gains and no infiltration and ventilation
in my building.

To 5th: Yes, the living room's ambient room is kitchen. Kitchen's indoor air
temperature is also keeping 20°C from initial temperature.

To 6th: I defined all the wall and floor boundary temperature of the test
room (except the ambient wall next to the kitchen) are 10°C.

To 7th: I defined initial indoor air temperatures of the test room and
kitchen are 20°C, other wall's initial boundary temperature is 10°C

All in all, the result of QHEAT in TRNSYS is 6600 kJ/day, but the heat loss
by Heat transfer equations is 24000 kJ/day.

Please help me find the possible reasons.

MAny thanks!

Br.

wang
