Muhammad,
   The collector model (and all the other models) calculate temperatures 
even when there is no flow. The collector, for example calculates a 
stagnation temperature of the fluid sitting in the collector. If you are 
seeing a temperature difference across the collector and the outlet is 
below the inlet temperature) then that may be due to thermal losses from 
the fluid sitting in the collector.
