Jörg,

Is it possible that you are exporting your results in EES to an 
external file (like a .CSV file for example). Because I noticed that if 
this file becomes to big during the simulation, the 'out of memory' 
error also occures.
If this is the case, perhaps you can try writing your data to two or 
more different files in stead of one.
