enthalpy of saturated steam as a function of pressure and temperature?>
Yes there is. You simply call the steam subroutine with the temperature,
pressure and a quality of 1 and it will return the saturated steam
conditions. Look up the details of the steam subroutine in the TRNSYS
documentation.
