Davide,
   TRNBuild refers to all opaque surfaces as "walls" whether they are in 
fact floors, roofs, ceilings, or doors. I would recommend adding your 
doors as "resistive only" because they usually have such low mass that 
their transfer function coefficients cannot be resolved. If your doors 
have significant amounts of glass area then treat them as windows 
instead of treating them as doors.
