<Please can anyone tell me how to model a water-cooled condenser in
TRNSYS. This condenser is to be used in adsorption cooling system, I have
modeled the adsorbent bed using Matlab.>

It depends on the role of your condenser model.  What do you need the
condenser model to calculate?  Just the temperature of the water stream,
the properties of the 2-phase mixture etc. ?  Let us know and we'll be
able to provide some guidance.
