Thomas,
If you have access to the TESS Libraries you can use Type534, which 
allows you just about as many input/output combinations as you might 
want (and then a few more). If you want to continue using Type4, you 
will probably have to use a flow mixer and a flow diverter (both modes 
of Type11) to mix two of your flows together before they go into the 
tank and then separate them once they come back out. You would probably 
mix the space and water heating system returns and of course this does 
not give you the option of having those returns go into two different 
places in the tank.
