I recommend type 9 (Utility/Data Readers/Generic Data Files/First Line is Simukation start/Type9a) if you already have a text or Excel file with the loads in it, or type 14 (Utility/Forcing functions/General/Type14a) if you have not typed them in yet.
There are nice examples in "\Trnsys17\Examples\Reading Data Files" about type 9, and in " C:\Trnsys17\Examples\Begin" about type 14.
