Didier,
You can use Type55 (periodic integrator) as it calculates various 
statistics about its inputs (in addition to the integral). Pass the 
indoor temperature to Type55 with the integration period set to the 
entire year. Then use Type25 to print the Type55 "maximum value of input 
over the integration period" output to a file.
