Dear Brent,Thank you for your emails to TESS and the TRNSYS-Users mailing list. First of all, if you're simulating PV, we're going to recommend that you use the Type551 shading device in the TESS Electrical (formerly Green Building) Library from the TESS Libraries 17.01. The existing Type551 could be modified to do a single axis (east-west axis) tracking without a whole lot of work; however, doing a 2-axis tracking would indeed be a lot of work.
