[TRNSYS-users] Debuging problems

Dear Martin,

Please check in MS Visual Studio under Project/Properties , Linker the value of "Output file".
It should be
\Trnsys17\UserLib\ReleaseDLLs\Something.dll
If you did not recompile trndll.dll in debug mode and

\Trnsys17\UserLib\DebugDLLs\Something.dll
If you did.

Hello everybody,

At the moment I have several troubles with the debuging step for new type scripts (using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 with integrated Fortran compiler).
(..copying the new type.dll into the "UserLib/DebugDlls", copying the Proforma file in the Studio)

Following error message is written in the list file at using the new type, however everything should be done right:
A TYPE was called in the TRNSYS input file but was either not linked into trndll.dll or was not found in an external dll. A dummy subroutine was called in its place. Please link the TYPE or remove it from the input file

Maybe someone has/had the same problems..!?
