Dear Axel,

You would not only need to make a *.tmf proforma to use in the TRNSYS
Simulation Studio, but you would also need to compile the *.for source
code in a fortran compiler to make a DLL for the component for TRNSYS to
access that subroutine.

The other option if you don't have a compiler is to obtain the humidifier
component in the TESS HVAC Library for TRNSYS.

i'm a german student and i have to simulate a steam spray humidifier in
trnsys 16. a fortran code is on the page of the university of wisconsin
for this humidifier, but i can not use it. how could i generate a new
type by using a fortran code?
