I think what you're trying to calculate can be done by defining a two-axis tracking surface and using the beam radiation output for that surface.

I need the values for insolation (solar radiation on surface perpendicular to the radiation beams). I am using meteonorm weather data and all I see are values for radiation on horizontal or tilted surface. What am I missing and how could I get these data?
