[TRNSYS-users] discrete time step and the simulation time step

Dear all,

I have some questions to ask you:

To Type 22: The manual said this controller can be used to model a real
feedback controller (e.g. PID) that would adapt its control signal
continuously or use a discrete time step much shorter than the simulation
time step in TRNSYS.

What's meaning of a discrete time step and the simulation time step ?

Do you know how many minutes this Type 22's discrete time step is ? And
what's the min. minutes this Type 22's discrete time step is ?

What's the min. simulation time step in TRNSYS?

many thanks!

br.

wang
