Luis,
  There are a lot of factors that could be contributing (different wall 
material properties between the simulated and "real" wall, different 
solar absorption coefficient for the wall, different 
convection/radiation split, etc.) I would also recommend that you read 
in the Type56 manual about how it treats radiation gains to a surface 
and what wavelengths are included.
