Elly,
The source of the data (whether it is an average year or a "real" year)
is less important than the format of the data. For standard format files
(such as *.epw, *.tm2, *.cwec, *.tm3, etc.) you can use Type15. For
non-standard (usually measured) data, you can use type9 coupled with
Type16 9to do the solar radiation processing).
