[TRNSYS-users] error message when generating shading/insolation matrix

in order to check the problem, please we need the *.B17 file as well as
the *_b17.idf file.
Please send bith files to hotline at transsolar.com

Hi,

when generating the shading/insolation matrix I get an error message
(the screen shot of the message is attached). Any advice for
troubleshooting is highly appreciated :-)
