Hi vijayaillu,

Without regard to any specific component/type, evaporative cooling can
be used to induce reduction in the air temperature.  If the RH of the
space is low enough, by injecting a mist of water into the air space you
can effect this temperature reduction.  Since the space is open to the
environment, you would project the mist into the upstream side of the
predominant air flow through the space, and you would likely have to do
this continuously.  Understanding and using a psychrometric chart will
offer insights.
