[TRNSYS-users] Cooling Tower Minimum Fan Speed

When I send a control signal of -1 to the cooling tower fan, the power shuts off, but the fan continues to flow at the minimum speed and provides cooling to the incoming water.

When I set the minimum flow to zero, I get an error.

Any thoughts on why this is?
