[TRNSYS-users] Shading of PV panels

Heike,
There is a component in the TESS Green Building Library (Type551) that
is designed for this purpose. It also allows you to make a few different
assumptions about how the shaded fraction affects the electrical output
since the effect is non-linear. The Type uses more or less the same
mathematical algorithms as Type30 but modified to allow for shading on
vertical surfaces.
