Fred,

The return air temp is the same as the zone's air temp (output ntype 1). 
If you need the flow, that would typically be the same as your supply 
flow (if any), unless you're assuming the space is pressurized (or, at 
least, you have no return fans) and/or there are exfiltration losses. 
Then it's not so simple...
