[TRNSYS-users] error message

Dear Salima,

I suggest you to have a look to UserLib directory (Program 
Files\Trnsys16\UserLib\) and check if all of your DLL files are located 
in the both subdirectories (DebugDLLs and ReleaseDLLs)
