Damien,
Window 4002, 4102, 4202 and 4302 differ only in size.
The window data was created without spectral data. TRNSYS 16 uses a 2
band model (visual and nonvisual) and windows created
without spectral data may cause this problem. Windows with an ID lower
than 9999 are included in the library for backwards compatibility
reasons.
For solving the problem, you may modify properties of the window data in
your BUI by an editor.
I suggest NOT to edit the BASIC library itself. This may leed to
confusion.
For solving the error message TRNSYS calculated a one band model (solar)
only by setting
values for Tvis = Tsol, Rfvis = Rfsol and Rbis = Rbsol of the window
data in the BUI file.
Tsol 0.268 0.270 0.263 0.253 0.243 0.223 0.183 0.116 0.042 0.000 0.207

However, what you want to simulate is window with a very low
conductivity.
You may modify the conductivity of the glas panes "Cond(W/m2-C ) "
for reducing the total u value in the BUI file.

Yes,
my TRNSYS version is 16.
As for the windows ID, all those with an u-value of 0.4 are causing the
same error, in my model : 4002, 4102, 4202, 4302.
I join the files needed in a .rar.
Thanks

Damien,
Could you please specify which version of TRNSYS you are using and
which window ID you chose (there are a number of different windows in
the win4lib.dat file). Please also send your *.tpf, *.bui (or *.b17),
and *.lst files as well as any others that would be needed in order to
run the project.
Best,
David

Hello,
TRNSYS returns be plenty of these errors in listing result file :
winlib reader: incorrect selectivity of visual+solar transmission

is set to 0 for this angle
I use the library
C:\Program Files\Trnsys16\Building\Lib\Basic\W4-lib.dat
Actually, I would need a window with a u-value of 0.1 kJ/h/m²/K , and
because there are not such window, I use the smallest value : 0.4.
But for each of the windows with this value, I have the same error.
Can you help me? At least to know why does this message appears?
Note: the issue is the same if I try in American\W4-lib.dat,
German\W4-lib.dat...
Have a nice day!
