[TRNSYS-users] problem in creating a simple new component

Mehdi,
   The error you are getting is because the Type template has the line

IMPLICIT NONE

in it. This means that you need to declare all of your variables and 
specify their type (integer, double precision, etc.)

If you add the line

DOUBLE PRECISION opt

in the local variable definitions portion of the Type template, that 
particular fortran error should be solved.
