Salim,
   First, make sure that you have a reasonable thermal capacitance set 
for your zone. The default thermal capacitance shown in TRNBuild only 
accounts for the thermal capacitance of the air in the zone. Typically a 
value about 5 times the default should be used.

   If that does not solve the problem then identify which zone is 
causing the problem and begin turning off things that impact the zone 
(gains from lights, gains from people, coupling air flows, etc.) until 
it becomes stable. It is usually not too hard to identify the problem 
that way.
