[TRNSYS-users] error message

Dear All,
 
I've encountered an error message while simulating a chilled ceiling. It says "error in automatic heat transfer calculation for surface 68 or its adjacent surface: Automatic heat transfer calculation is only allowed on surfaces within a zone. Please check building input file(.bui). " Kindly advice. Thank you.
