[TRNSYS-users] TYPE534 Parameters, Error

Hi Edward.

The error probably refers to the parameters that you access once you open
the plug-in. The area where you set the tanks volume, nodes, etc etc.
I'm not sure what is the parameter 45 but usually this kind of error
happens when you insert in the plug-in values that make no sense. (for
example by defining 10 nodes in the tank but placing an outlet at node 11,
or by creating a too large coil that can't fit in the nodes you placed it
into).

Take a look if everything there seems reasonable with special attention to
the outlets/inlets position and, in case of HX inside, if their
sizes/position make sence.

Hope it helps

Lucas Lira

Re: [TRNSYS-users] TYPE534 Parameters, Error
Dear All,

I managed to replace TYPE 60 with TYPE 534. However, when I run the
project, the error (see the attachment) appears. As you can see, the error
message refers to PAR(45). But TYPE 534 only has 5 parameters listed in
the proforma. (Note: TYPE534 uses plugin and shows another window which
displays all the parameters such as tank properties, loss etc.)

TYPE534 documentation doesn’t help much on this.

I appreciate your help.

regards,
edward
