[TRNSYS-users] error to open plugins in Microsoft windows7

Dear TESS Libs User,
Please try unistalling and reinstalling. Or,
perhaps it is a Windows 7 issue with the *.exe. If this is the case, you may
have to find the appropriate *.exe (.\Tess Models\Plugins) and right click on
it, Properties, Compatability, ‘Run in compatability with Windows XP”. Please
feel free to contact me with any other issues.
