[TRNSYS-users] error to open plugins in Microsoft windows7

Dear TRNSYS users,

When  I  used  the  APPLICATIONS COMPONENT LIBRARY in  TESS Librariesdis,  I  can not  open plugins in Microsoft windows7.  The  error is Parts "COMDLG32.OCX"  can not properly registered or one ofits annexes: a file is missing or invalid.
 
 How to make it?
