Dear Marcus and Roman,
it is even simpler if you use the FORTRAN notation. Thus the equation in TRNSYS can be written in x**(1/2)

The square root of x is equal to x to the ½ power, so you could use the natural logarithm and its inverse. In a TRNSYS equation: exp(1/2*ln(x))

Trnsys users,
I had some problem with using the equation in Trnsys.
I need to put "sqrt" inside the equation but i don't find the special operator to do that ?
Can i have some help from you ?
