Ankur,
  There is an in-ground pool model available as a nonstandard add-on 
component from Transsolar. It assumes that thermal losses from the sides 
of the pool are negligible which is probably not the case in your system 
but it does a good job accounting for the thermal and mass transfer on 
the open water surface.
