Michel,
  The heat pump model does not contain any controls; the heating and 
cooling control signals are inputs to the model so you are able to 
impose whatever controls you want. We have written a number of 
controllers that have the features that you describe; they will be 
available in the next version of the TESS Libraries (TESSLibs 17). Some 
of them may be ready for advance purchase if you are interested.
