Paul,
  If the doors are transparent, they are treated as windows. If they are 
opaque, they are either ignored or treated as a separate wall type. If 
treated as a separate wall type, make them a purely resistive material. 
Typically they do not have enough mass to have reasonable conduction 
transfer function coefficients generated for them.
