What type of liquid desiccant system? Packed tower?

Liquid desiccant cooling/dehumidification isn't a very widespread or standardized concept, you will likely have to use experimental data using type 42 (ie/ lookup table for outlet RH and T given inlet conditions), or maybe fit some curves to data and write your own type. This is the empirical approach. Even the much more common absorption chiller model (Type 107) uses a lookup table.
