Frédéry,
 the TrnsysConstants file is in the ..\Trnsys16\SourceCode\Kernel 
directory. The process for recompiling the DLL depends on which compiler 
you are using. The two most likely are the Compaq Visual Fortran 
compiler or the Intel Visual Fortran compiler. If you do not have a 
Fortran compiler then you will need to ask your distributor to create a 
TRNDll.dll with a higher limit on the number of equations for you.
