[TRNSYS-users] Water-to-water heat pump

Philippe,
Type668 does not allow for changes in capacity and power as a function
of flow rate. However, we have run across some heat pumps like that and
so wrote Type927 to handle that case. Type927 is currently available as
a non-standard component. It will be part of the TESS Libraries 3.0.
