[TRNSYS-users] Creation of Type

Seck,
  Those data statements just set the units of the inputs and outputs so 
that TRNSYS can check for correct connections. If your component is only 
paying attention to the input initial values, my guess is that it is not 
reading the inputs at every timestep. Check to make sure that the code 
reading the inputs is not inside some kind of IF statement.
