[TRNSYS-users] changing weather data file

Dear all,
I want to change the weather data file in TRNSYS. It's suscribed that I should generate the weather data file with the METEONORM software. How can I find this software (I guess it's not free). Can I add another weather data without METEONORM? 
If there is another solution to solve my problem or any other explanation.
