[TRNSYS-users] energy need and electric heating

I am new user of TRNsys and I would like to know: 

1.How to make to find the energy need of a dwelling (that I modelled) .and this, hour per hour?
2.How to make to put an electric heating to guarantee an interior heat of 22°C?
