my understanding is right, then how is the form of the formula that
calculate the total borehole resistence and how to accurately get the
values of these two parameters?>

If you're not comfortable calculating the resistances yourself and
entering them in the proformas, then you should use the other proformas
for the Type 557 model that calculate these resistances for you based on
the type of pipes, pipe spacing etc.  You chose the "Thermal Resistance
Known" folder and instead should have chosen the "Standard" folder.  Hope
