Kiki,
 The Type67 data file surface angles for which obstruction heights are 
provided correspond to absolute azimuths. They are not specified 
relative to the azimuth of the opening. If you want to turn your 
building, you need apply the same turn in the Type67 data file. The 
"turn" equation only turns the building itself, not its surroundings.
