[TRNSYS-users] question about geosurf

I don't know, if there is a TYPE to calculate.
But you can enter geosurf as an input in Trnbuild and calculate this input
in the dck-file with equations. In this equations you can use outputs of
TYPE 16 (position of sun) to calculate the geosurf.
More diffcult ist to generate an shading-file with 'SOMBRERO' an import this
file with TYPE 9. Beware of the calculation time (TRNSYS-> value over the
last hour <-> SOMBRERO outputs are values exactly to the output-time
(momentarily-value))

Subject: [TRNSYS-users] question about geosurf

Hello Trnsys users,

We would like to use geosurf in Trnbuild to distribute the solar radiation
on the internal walls considering their orientation. The problem is that
geosurf provides a constant repartition and we would like to use it as an
input to simulate the solar beam radiation in fonction of the sun postion.
Is there a type that provides the geosurf in fonction of the sun postion? Is
there any other solution to do it?

Best regards,

Christian SCHWARZBERG
