[TRNSYS-users] Timer of Delay Function

I need to introduce a control which imposes a minimum interval between successive power enables for a heat pump.

What is the easiest way to do this?  Is the grammar for the equation assembly strong enough to do this?  I would like to count down from 20 minutes to zero minutes using control signal change (0 to 1) as a trigger.

I could do this in my own 'C' code but can't see a suitable timer function interface to support this.  Also, it would be more convienient if I could code this directly into the a TRNSYS description.
