Dear Roberto,

Have you considered the WWHP in the TESS HVAC Lib? There are also many  
fan coil models in that library as well.

There is also a Trnsys standard component, Type42 conditioning  
equipment, that is basically a data interpolater for any piece of  
equipment that you have performance data for.
